Vice President

Don Tolliver is a native of Jacksonville, Florida who relocated to Tallahassee, Florida in 1976.

Education:

•Graduated from Tallahassee Lincoln High School in 1981.
•Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration, Florida A & M University, 1991. •Currently, enrolled in Smith Chapel Bible University pursuing a Master’s Degree of Theology expected graduation date June 2017.

Minister Don Tolliver, was ordained on January 1, 2005.
Rev. Don Tolliver has worked in the community with the Homeless Shelters, Young Adult Ministries, and worked as the Counselor for Domestic Violence and Civil Rights violations for Greater Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church and Bethel Missionary Baptist Church since 1999.

Participated in the Leon County and Department of Corrections Job Fair in Tallahassee, Florida in April 2016 as an Employer for Felons and Ex-Offenders.

Associate Pastor at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church currently works with the Couples Ministry, Young Adult Ministry. Vice President, Tallahassee Chapter of the National Action Network, Host of Radio Show: Tallahassee National Action In Action WTAL, 1450-AM

Mr. Tolliver has over 25 years combined experience in State Purchasing, Contract Management, Personnel & Employment Services, Leasing, Property Management, Emergency & Disaster Services, and Program Management. Mr. Tolliver has experience in operating three Family owned business as well:

DWT of America, Inc. is a Construction and Property Management Company that has managed several portfolios worth over $47 million in Florida.

Quartress of Tallahassee, Inc., is the parent Company to T-Six Exchange, Inc. a screen printing and embroidering company since January 1997.
As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for 10 years partnered with business communities State, Federal and Local government entities locating jobs and hiring staff for any and all Disaster related employment across the country.

Scion Management Solutions, Inc., is a Emergency Management Firm that works with Local, County and State agencies also with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Member of Big Bend After Re-entry Coalition: The Coalition collaborated with community partnerships, business community identifying with inmates and formerly incarcerated people to reduce recidivism in the community.
